Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Crater to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging products for shipment, ensuring that all items meet quality standards. This position is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our production line and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect items for defects or damages before packing.
- Label packages clearly and correctly for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies while handling products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Good physical stamina, as the role may require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Able to read a tape measure.
- Experience with building wooden crates.
