Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Production Associates / Installers to join our field team. This is a hands-on role involving both warehouse operations and on-site event installation.
You’ll work alongside a professional crew to build and break down event environments ranging from private gatherings to large-scale productions.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and dismantle event infrastructure, including:
- Tents and tent structures
- Temporary flooring and decking systems
- Staging and platforms
- Tables, chairs, and event equipment
- Work on-site at event venues as part of an installation crew
- Load and unload trucks with event equipment
- Prepare and stage orders in the warehouse
- Maintain equipment (cleaning, organizing, quality checks)
- Follow safety protocols and crew leader direction
- Support efficient setup and breakdown timelines
Required Experience
Candidates must have prior hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- Event production or setup crews
- Tent installation
- Festival or concert production
- Staging or AV setup
- Construction or outdoor installation work
- Large-scale event logistics
This role is ideal for individuals comfortable building structures outdoors and working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Warehouse or logistics experience
- Experience loading/unloading trucks
- Forklift certification (a plus)
- Familiarity with event rental equipment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, lift, climb, and perform physical work for extended periods
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Prior event, production, or field installation experience required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team-oriented mindset
- Attention to safety and detail
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Compensation & Growth
- $17.50– $21 per hour (based on experience)
