Daily Responsibilities

Operate SMT production equipment and support assembly processes.

Load, move, and handle materials and circuit boards throughout production.

Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Follow detailed work instructions and maintain production accuracy.

Identify and report quality or equipment issues.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Stand and work on your feet throughout the shift.

Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Skill Recommendations
-
At least 6 months of manufacturing or production experience preferred but not mandatory.

At least 6 months of warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory.

Basic mechanical aptitude.

Capability to work safely and follow instructions in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to learn manufacturing and production responsibilities including assembly, machine operation, and quality inspection.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
