Service Technician - Durham
Position Requirements Summary
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Install, transfer & pick up tanks in the field using a boom truck and/or trailer
- Assess & repair issues on fuel tanks in the field.
- Various types of pumps
- Nozzles, hoses & filters
- Cellular monitors
- Repair/replace hoses, nozzles & filters on service station pumps
- Prep new tanks and repair used tanks once they are returned
- Preform other maintenance on customer tanks such as cleaning, painting, & updating decals
- Test fuel in tanks for customers or at tank yard & pump out water/polish fuel if necessary
- Help keep the tank yard cleaned. This could include mowing/weed eating, hauling scrap ect.
- Assist with keeping up with tank and parts inventory
- Emergency service calls when necessary
- When necessary, transport fuel trucks or service truck drivers to and from truck repair locations
