Overview

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all residential areas.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
- Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents safely and effectively.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary to maintain property standards.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain organized cleaning schedules, manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly, and ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned to high standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation protocols.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, detergents, and proper handling procedures for safe operation.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work when required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Experience with housekeeper management or supervisory roles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- This role may require working weekends, and public holidays based on business needs.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
