About the Role
We are hiring an B2B Sales Representative to represent AT&T through a lead-based, face-to-face sales approach. In this role, you will meet with prospective residential customers using company-provided leads to present and enroll qualified customers in AT&T products and services.
This position focuses on relationship-building, consultative selling, and territory management within a designated area. You will not be required to generate your own cold leads; appointments and targeted areas are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective customers in assigned residential territories using company-provided leads
- Present and explain AT&T products and services clearly and accurately
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Complete applications and submit required documentation in compliance with company and client standards
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity
- Represent the brand professionally in the field
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in an outside sales environment
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while working in assigned territories
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required for territory coverage)
- Previous sales, customer service, or lead-based outreach experience is helpful but not required

Work Environment
This is a field-based, outside sales position. Representatives work within assigned local territories and interact directly with residential customers.
