We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely to ensure products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipping.
- Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing freight.
- Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe warehouse.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment and tools (training provided as needed).
- Support other warehouse operations and departments as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, order fulfillment, or distribution experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 pounds.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
