We’re looking for someone that's safety minded, dependable and ready to be part of a real crew. If that's you, and you’re tired of being treated like a number, worn out from long hours, red tape, or companies that say they care but don’t back it up, this is your place.
What We Offer:
- $25/hour starting pay
- Home daily, weekends off
- 40–45 hours/week — start at 5:00 AM, usually done by early afternoon
- Year-round work — no layoffs

The Job:
- Drive a single-axle rear-load garbage truck
- Lift and dump trash cans (mostly with the truck tipper) and throw bulk items (mattresses, couches, box springs, heavy bags) up into the truck, multiple times a day, every day, in all weather
- Keep your truck clean and organized
- Run safe residential and commercial routes
- Represent Envirowaste with pride and professionalism
Who We’re Looking For:
We’ll train the right person, trash truck experience is a plus but not required.
You must:
- Be safety-minded, consistent, and show up on time
- Take care of your truck and gear
- Keep a clean, professional appearance
- Be looking for stable, long-term work

We pay well, and we take care of the folks who show up and do the job right. Some of our long-term drivers are set to make $75K+ this year, with room to grow.
