Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our cannabis production facility. This role is primarily focused on warehouse duties including inventory management, material handling, and maintaining an organized work environment. The Warehouse Associate will also assist with light manufacturing tasks such as packaging, labeling, and preparing products for distribution, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:

Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments of raw materials and supplies.

Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels using inventory tracking systems.

Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse in compliance with safety regulations.

Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
Light Manufacturing Support:

Assist with basic packaging of cannabis products in accordance with production schedules.

Apply labels and compliance stickers accurately to finished goods.

Prepare product for final packaging, quality control, and shipment.

Follow strict SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and compliance guidelines.

Support manufacturing staff as needed with general production-related tasks.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a cannabis packaging or warehouse environment preferred.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
