Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician in Richmond, Virginia.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Fully outpatient Internal Medicine role focused on adult primary care
- Opportunity to build long-term relationships with adult patient population
- Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or call responsibilities
- Supported by full clinical team within established outpatient setting
- Manageable outpatient patient volume within adult-focused practice model

SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary up to $220,000 annually
- Health insurance with 80% employer-paid premium
- Dental and vision insurance
- 401(k) with 3% employer match
- 15 PTO days plus 8 paid holidays
- CME reimbursement: $1,500 plus 5 CME days

- Student loan repayment up to $50,000

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care to adult patients
- Manage chronic disease treatment, preventive care, and adult primary care visits
- Maintain continuity of care within outpatient panel-based environment
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative support staff to coordinate care delivery
- Maintain documentation within outpatient practice workflows
