- Coordinate legal clinics, consultations, referrals, and case‑management workflows.
- Supervise Community Justice Workers, case managers, or other assigned staff; provide guidance, feedback, and support for professional growth.
- Monitor cases, documentation, and outcomes to promote quality, consistency, and timely follow‑up.
- Help build and maintain a network of staff, volunteer, and contracted attorneys and justice partners.
- Support outreach and community engagement efforts to reach people facing barriers to justice.
- Take on additional supervisory, budget, and quality‑control responsibilities over time through training and structured delegation.

- At least 3 years of experience in legal aid, nonprofit or social services, public‑interest work, court navigation, or a closely related field.

- Experience working with low‑income communities or people facing multiple barriers to justice.
- Comfort with case‑management systems, documentation, data tracking, and basic program reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, clear communication, sound judgment, and commitment to equity, inclusion, and trauma‑informed, client‑centered practice.
- Knowledge of civil legal issues affecting low‑income communities is strongly preferred; grant‑funded or legal aid program experience is a plus.
