At Concept Rehab, you'll work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals in a collaborative skilled nursing environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes.
What You'll Do

Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions.

Develop individualized treatment plans that maximize function and independence.

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

Complete timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current Missouri Physical Therapist (PT) license.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skilled nursing or geriatric experience is preferred but not required.
