First Aid, CPR, TB, Must be able to pass background checks
Experience is a plus
Must have Early Childhood Development Degree, AAS
Teachers are responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children focusing on their social, emotional, cognitive and physical development. They design and implement age-appropriate curriculum, assess children's progress, and communicate regularly with parents. A key aspect of their role is fostering family engagement and supporting parents as their child's first teachers.
Other duties include but not limited to creating lesson plans, holding parent teacher conferences, observations, completing assessments etc.
Teachers must maintain 16 hours per year training, First-aid & CPR.
