Key Responsibilities

Lead daily business operations across all departments

Develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency and profitability

Establish performance expectations and hold managers accountable for results

Monitor financial performance, budgets, KPIs, and company objectives

Improve operational processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Partner with department leaders to solve operational challenges

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional development

Ensure excellent customer service standards throughout the organization

What We're Looking For

7+ years of leadership or general management experience

Proven experience managing multiple departments or business operations
