- Assist with food preparation tasks and support the bussing of tables as needed to promote cleanliness and efficiency.
- Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, pans, and boxes safely in accordance with kitchen health and safety standards.
- Maintain sanitation standards by regularly cleaning work areas, sinks, and dishwashing equipment.
- Support food handling procedures by adhering to hygiene protocols and proper storage practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to uphold restaurant experience quality through cleanliness and organization.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and kitchen health standards.
