Position Overview
As a Tax Preparer, you will learn how to:
✔ Prepare individual tax returns✔ Communicate professionally with clients✔ Build and market your personal tax brand✔ Generate and retain clients✔ Understand tax laws and compliance✔ Create systems for long-term business growth✔ Develop leadership and entrepreneurial skills
Unlike many tax offices, we do not simply teach tax preparation—we teach you how to build a sustainable business.
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity.
Tax Preparers receive:
70/30 Revenue Split
You earn 70% of every tax preparation fee collected.
Example:
Client Fee: $699Your Earnings: $489.30
If you prepare:
✔ 50 Returns at $699 = $24,465 earned
✔ 100 Returns at $699 = $48,930 earned
There is no cap on earning potential.
Your income is directly related to your effort, marketing, client acquisition, and production.
Client Acquisition & Marketing Training
We DO NOT provide guaranteed clients.
Instead, we teach you:
✔ Social Media Marketing✔ Personal Branding✔ Referral Marketing✔ Community Outreach✔ Client Retention Strategies✔ Lead Generation
Our goal is to help you build a client base that belongs to YOU and can continue generating income year after year.
When company-generated leads become available, opportunities may be distributed based on performance, availability, and engagement.
Build A Boss Tax Academy

Format: Online Virtual Learning Environment
Classes will be held live online and include:
✔ Tax Fundamentals✔ Tax Law & Compliance✔ Software Training✔ Ethics✔ Marketing & Branding✔ Client Communication✔ Business Development
Students must:
✔ Attend and participate✔ Complete coursework✔ Pass the final exam
Successful participants will receive a Certificate of Completion and continue into the next stage of the program.

In October, participants will be invited to attend our exclusive:

This is a 2-Day In-Person Onboarding & Networking Experience in Dallas, Texas.
(Exact dates will be announced at a later time.)
Participants who choose to attend will receive:

We will have a luxury Airbnb rented for the weekend for attendees.
Those traveling to Dallas may stay at the Airbnb free of charge (space permitting).
Participants who prefer additional privacy may choose to book a hotel at their own expense.
Attendance is encouraged but not required.
