Systems Administration (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Domain Management, VOIP)
IT Help Desk Support (Troubleshooting, Asset Management, Imaging, Ticketing Software, Printers and Scanners)
Effective Communication (Email, Phone, Chat, Face to Face)
Understanding of coding
