Responsibilities
- Manage in front of the house aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and ensuring smooth service flow.
- Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives to uphold service excellence.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to meet brand standards and customer expectations.
- Liqour ordering.
- Enforce food safety protocols and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Conduct staff interviews, onboarding sessions, and ongoing training to build a skilled team capable of delivering exceptional service.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management within upscale dining environments.
- Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated success in supervising teams and managing staff training & development.
- Strong communication skills for effective customer service and staff coordination.
