Job Description:
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking? We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and support customer communications, reporting, and administrative tasks to help ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach & Communication - Conduct outbound calls and communications for customer follow-up, lead generation campaigns, project support, and customer care initiatives.
- Customer Support & Call Handling - Manage inbound customer inquiries, gather information, assist with requests, and route communications to the appropriate department or team member as needed.
- Data Entry & Portal Management - Enter and maintain customer information, upload forms and parts data, and manage updates within customer or vendor portals.
- Project Reporting Support - Assist with tracking project progress, compiling reports, and maintaining organized records and spreadsheets.
- Administrative Support - Help maintain accurate documentation and support internal teams with day-to-day operational tasks.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospective customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting, and web-based portals is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
