Pay: $30-$35/hour depending on performance
Responsibilities:
- Oversee cleaning operations across all Airbnb properties
- Ensure homes are fully cleaned, stocked, organized, and guest-ready before check-in
- Perform quality checks after cleanings and verify homes meet company standards
- Follow up with cleaners regarding missed items or cleaning concerns
- Help coordinate turnover schedules and manage cleaning logistics
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure supplies remain stocked across all properties
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies, linens, and turnover materials
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or concerns promptly
- Help train cleaners and maintain cleaning standards across the team
- Step in to clean during emergencies, staffing shortages, or high-demand turnover periods
- Help improve systems and processes to create more efficient operations
- Assist in solving last-minute problems that arise before guest arrivals
- Help ensure homes remain consistent and review-worthy as the business scales
