We are currently hiring at Pachinko Parlor, located at 11 NE 6th St in downtown . This is a small restaurant environment, so team members are expected to assist with multiple responsibilities, including taking customer orders, cashiering, and preparing food. Training is provided, and the cooking tasks are simple and easy to learn.
The starting pay is $12 per hour during the 3-week training period. After successfully completing training, pay increases to $13 per hour, with opportunities for additional raises based on performance and work ethic. All shifts are evening shifts.
We prefer bilingual applicants (English/Spanish), as many of our current employees primarily speak Spanish, which helps create better communication and teamwork within the workplace.
Reliability and responsibility are essential in this role. Because we operate in a small workspace with a limited team, there are often few or no staff members available to cover shifts when someone calls out. We ask all employees to maintain dependable attendance and communicate any scheduling conflicts in advance. If you anticipate frequent absences, this position may not be the right fit.
