Job Summary
Healthy Measures is seeking professional, service-oriented Per Diem Mobile Health Screeners to support event-based wellness and biometric screening programs. The ideal candidate(s) will have experience with phlebotomy and/or health screenings, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, maintain a professional demeanor, and possess strong attention to detail and documentation.
As a Mobile Health Screener, you will represent Healthy Measures at corporate wellness events and biometric screenings, helping participants better understand their health through high-quality screenings, education, and wellness support.
Essential Responsibilities
- Set up and break down mobile health screening stations.
- Perform blood collection procedures, including venipuncture and fingerstick testing, with accuracy and care.
- Conduct health screenings, physical assessments, and vital sign measurements.
- Process and handle specimens according to established laboratory standards.
- Provide exceptional participant care and customer service throughout the screening process.
- Communicate effectively with participants and healthcare professionals using appropriate medical terminology.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of participant interactions and specimen collection.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and compliance with safety protocols.
- Follow all Healthy Measures Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
Requirements
· Demonstrated experience with:
- Venipuncture and/or fingerstick blood collection in a fast-paced environment; or
- Retinal Eye Camera screenings.
· Preferred minimum experience:
- Approximately 200 successful blood draws within the past 6 months (venipuncture) or
- 200 successful fingerstick collections using Cholestech LDX or CardioChek within the past 12 months.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
· Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
· Ability to lift, transport, and set up screening equipment as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience performing venipuncture in an event-based screening environment.
· Experience in a laboratory setting (e.g., LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, or similar organizations).
· Experience as a mobile examiner or health screener.
· Proficiency with:
- Cholestech LDX
- CardioChek
- A1CNow Analyzer
- Dried Blood Spot testing
- Retinal Eye Camera screenings
· Previous experience conducting onsite wellness screenings or in-home specimen collection.
· Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
Education & Credentials
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Medical credentials strongly preferred, including:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)
- Medical Technician (MT)
- Medical Assistant (MA)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
· Current CPR certification preferred.
· OSHA General Industry Safety Training, Office Safety Training, and OSHA Infection Control Prevention (ICP) Training are a plus.
· Must comply with all applicable state and federal licensing, credentialing, and educational requirements.

As a contracted Mobile Health Screener, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional screening experiences at corporate health fairs and wellness events, combining clinical excellence, health education, and engaging wellness activities.
This is a per diem, event-based contract position with flexible scheduling opportunities
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
