Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient customer service at the front counter
- Process cash, credit card, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately and swiftly
- Maintain the presentation of retail merchandise, restocking and organizing displays as needed
- Assist with event management activities such as tournaments, outings, or special gatherings to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries regarding course information, tee times, and facility amenities with clarity and enthusiasm
- Manage golf cart fleet including rental, cleaning, and staging
- Manage guest services including check-in/out procedures, reservations, and providing directions or recommendations
Qualifications
- Knowledge of golf or golf industry is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate financial transactions
- Knowledge of safety protocols including first aid, CPR certification, manual handling techniques, and emergency response readiness
- Experience working with the general public or hosting family-friendly events is a plus
- Strong communication skills suitable for public speaking and guest interactions in a lively outdoor setting
- Ability to lift heavy items safely and perform outdoor work comfortably in varying weather conditions
- Background in event management or hospitality environments enhances your ability to coordinate activities seamlessly
This position requires a mix of morning shift, evening shift, and weekend/holidays. Must be willing to work any of the aforementioned shifts.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
