About the Role
We are a growing land sales company serving customers across the greater Houston area. We're looking for a creative, bilingual Social Media & Advertising Specialist to thrive in a fast-paced environment, developing and managing paid advertising campaigns and organic social content across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. What You'll Do
- Develop innovative advertising strategies that resonate with diverse audiences, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives
- Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok
- Plan and optimize Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach targeted audiences effectively while managing budgets and ad performance
- Design compelling ad creative (graphics, video, copy) for diverse audiences
- Manage social media management tools like Metricool or Sprout Social to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics
- Develop and execute organic social media strategy and content calendars
- Conduct keyword research and SEO strategies to improve organic reach and visibility across digital channels
- Write bilingual ad copy and captions that drive engagement and leads
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for cost-per-lead and ROI
- Coordinate with internal teams (web, messaging/WhatsApp, content) to align campaigns
- Report on weekly/monthly performance and recommend improvements
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) — required
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns with a solid understanding of ad targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong eye for design and ability to produce engaging ad creative
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in proofreading and content creation
- Understanding of social media metrics, KPIs, and performance optimization
- Passion for staying current on digital marketing trends, emerging social media platforms, and innovative advertising strategies
Nice to Have
- Experience advertising under special/regulated ad categories (e.g., housing, real estate)
- Background in real estate, land sales, or community-focused marketing
- Video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikTok)
- Familiarity with tools like ManyChat or Canva
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
