Position: RN Unit Manager
Location: Jersey City, New Jersey
Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Salary:RN: Up to $110,000 annually (Based on experience)
Acclaim Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our dynamic leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate nursing professional ready to take the next step in their career.
Support the DON and ADON in daily nursing operations and unit oversight
Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Manage staffing and scheduling to maintain optimal coverage and control overtime
Address and resolve staff and resident concerns, escalating when appropriate
Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed
Participate in quality assurance initiatives, care plan meetings, and committees
Provide clinical guidance, training, and hands-on support to staff
Oversee MDS completion and assist with discharge planning
Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of nursing staff
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care
Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
At least 6 months of rehabilitative or restorative nursing experience preferred
Long-term care experience strongly preferred
