About Us
Growing real estate investment and property management company seeking a motivated, organized, and tech-savvy Property Management Coordinator to support daily operations, tenant relations, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants
- Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Follow up with tenants to ensure issues are resolved
- Maintain accurate records of communications, repairs, and property activities
- Manage emails, phone calls, calendars, and administrative tasks
- Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office 365
- Coordinate appointments, inspections, and vendor visits
- Assist with property management and day-to-day business operations
- Contact prospective clients and leads from the company’s database
- Schedule meetings and appointments for management
- Help generate new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Office 365
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional phone presence
- Experience in property management, real estate, customer service, or office administration is preferred
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
