Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated AT&T Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Bend, Oregon. This position focuses on customer engagement, product education, and sales inside a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Explain AT&T wireless products, services, and promotions
- Process new activations, upgrades, and account changes
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay current on product knowledge and promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a retail setting
