We are looking for a 3rd Shift Sanitation Technician from 9PM-5AM Monday-Friday with weekends as needed.
Job Summary:
The Sanitation Lead supports all production/ facilities sanitation needs during normal operations, performs preventive sanitation on all equipment and maintains facility in top condition.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Perform tasks associated with general sanitation – to include scrub, scrape, and wash equipment to perfect sanitary condition
- Follow sanitation dress code standards and maintains good personal hygiene
- Follow sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
- Perform assignments in accordance with established GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) policies and procedures
- Able to learn how to clean and sanitize equipment, pans, racks, molds, utensils, etc.
- Sweep, mop, clean, and sanitize floors
- Able to learn how to operate floor scrubbing equipment and pressure washer
- Perform all work assignments for position in accordance with specifications, instructions, and requirements
- Demonstrate good verbal communication skills
- Performs all other duties assigned by management
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Follow food safety and proper hygiene policies and procedures.
- Work in a cold environment (Temperature is 38 degrees)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must have availability to work weekends.
