Looking for dependable, hardworking, honest person, who can multi-task to manage food service, responsible for maintaining rigorous health, sanitation, and food safety standards, ensuring proper food preparation, safe temperatures, and handling; food safety compliance, inventory and waste control, modeling excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or special requests; maintaining appealing product presentation in hot and cold deli cases, and driving department profitability.
General hours 5:45 am to 2:00 pm, Monday- Friday, but schedule not limited to those hours; occasional night and weekend shifts may apply.
Must be reliable and punctual. Experience in food service helpful but not mandatory; we will train the right candidate.
