Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to take end-to-end ownership of the ServiceNow platform. The role is responsible for driving the overall architectural strategy and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), with additional exposure to Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Legal Service Delivery (LSD) as value-add capabilities, along with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Core Expertise
- Strong, hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform Architecture and enterprise solution design.
- Deep expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) (mandatory).
- Exposure to Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Legal Service Delivery (LSD) (good to have).
- Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations, including REST/API-based integrations and middleware patterns.
- Solid understanding of platform governance, health, security, and best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at leadership levels.
- Experience guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
Mandatory Certifications
- CTA (Certified Technical Architect)
- CIS-HRSD (Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives.
- Define and drive platform strategy, roadmap, and governance, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead solution design across modules, with a strong focus on HRSD implementations and enhancements.
- Provide architectural guidance for integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity with external enterprise systems.
- Establish and enforce best practices, design standards, and platform governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with development teams, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Engage with senior leadership and business stakeholders to provide strategic direction and solution alignment.
- Mentor and guide junior and peer architects, fostering architectural best practices, knowledge sharing, and capability development across the team.
- Ensure optimal utilization of the ServiceNow platform, minimizing technical debt and enabling long-term maintainability.
Salary Range: $140,000-$170,000 a year
