ShortStay Pro is a local short-term rental co-hosting and operations company serving property owners in the Greater Metro Area. We help owners maximize their rental income while handling the day-to-day work of running a successful short-term rental, including guest communication, turnovers, maintenance coordination, calendar optimization, owner reporting, and local property support.
We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to help us grow our portfolio by connecting with property owners, investors, and real estate professionals who may benefit from our co-hosting and operational support services.
Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, following up with leads, explaining our services, and helping property owners understand how ShortStay Pro can support their rental goals.
Responsibilities may include:
- Reaching out to property owners, investors, Realtors, and STR owners
- Following up with warm leads and inquiries
- Explaining our co-hosting and property management services
- Scheduling calls or consultations with interested owners
- Maintaining organized notes and follow-up records
- Helping build relationships with referral partners
- Representing ShortStay Pro in a professional and friendly manner
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, and comfortable speaking with people. Experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, or short-term rentals is a plus, but not required.
The ideal candidate is:
- Friendly, professional, and personable
- Comfortable with phone calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized and consistent with outreach
- Comfortable discussing real estate, Airbnb, or property services
- Results-driven and interested in earning based on performance
Compensation
This role offers a combination of fixed pay plus commission
Compensation will include a fixed hourly amount, plus commission for each new client who signs on for ShortStay Pro’s co-hosting or property management services. Additional bonuses may be available for strong performance, consistent lead generation, or high-value accounts.
The exact structure will be discussed based on experience, availability, and fit.
Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
