Crowder & White Contracting LLC is seeking a dependable General Laborer to support construction, industrial, hauling, and general field operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who is willing to work, follow instructions, and perform a variety of tasks as needed. Previous construction experience is helpful but not required; we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Perform general construction, site-work, cleanup, and material-handling tasks.
- Assist equipment operators and truck drivers as directed.
- Shovel, rake, sweep, load, unload, and move tools and materials.
- Assist with erosion-control, drainage, grounds, and vegetation work.
- Clean equipment, work areas, and job sites.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on daily operational needs.
Pay
Hourly pay based on experience and qualifications. Opportunities for increased responsibility and pay are available for employees who demonstrate reliability, develop additional skills, or obtain qualifications such as a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
