Position Overview:
As a key member of our therapeutic team, the RBT will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement customized behavior intervention plans. This role is essential in providing high-quality, direct ABA therapy to our clients, facilitating their social, communication, and adaptive skill development.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- RBT to implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of experienced BCBAs.
- RBT to provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- RBT to engage children in activities designed to promote their social, communicative, and life skills.
- RBT to collect precise data to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.
- RBT to build meaningful relationships with families, providing them with insights and strategies to support their child’s development.
- RBT to collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive therapeutic environment
Ideal Candidate:
- RBT certification, with a passion for ABA therapy and a drive to make a difference.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism in various settings.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
