Pay & Schedule
· $18.00 per hour
· Full-Time / Non-Exempt
· Two consecutive days off each week
· Opening and closing shifts required
· Store Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Essential Functions | What You’ll Do
· Deliver excellent customer service in-store and over the phone
· Help customers find the right products and sizes
· Measure customers for proper boot sizing
· Become knowledgeable about White’s Boots products and retail vendors
· Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
· Route incoming calls to the appropriate departments
· Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems and Microsoft Office programs
· Assist with merchandising and maintaining a welcoming retail environment
· Stay observant and engaged with customers throughout the store
What We’re Looking For
· 2–3 years of retail experience preferred
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Comfortable learning detailed product knowledge
· Experience using Microsoft Office and POS systems
· Team-oriented attitude with a positive work ethic
Work Environment
This position works in a retail store setting and involves:
· Standing, bending, reaching, walking throughout shifts
· Working directly with customers
· Merchandising products
· Maintaining awareness of customer activity in the store
