Warehouse Superviosr
Publicly listed and traded on NASDAQ under the ticker GCT; GigaCloud Technology US Inc. a global organization with over 1600 employees around the world and $1.5 billion in annual revenue. We operate a fast-growing B2B marketplace specializing in large-parcel cloud fulfillment and drop shipping solutions. We are growing our warehouse and logistics department and are looking for Warehouse Supervisor to joint our fast-growing team immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Assists Warehouse Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associate/bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety practices
- Technical Skills: Computer proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with UPS and FedEx delivery services.
- Organizational Awareness: Ability to communicate effectively within internal management group, team members
- Bilingual: English and Chinese (Required)
- Forklift experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up about 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, etc.)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
