Electrical Estimator (All Levels: Entry–Senior)

We’re growing our Preconstruction team and are hiring an Electrical Estimator. We’re open to candidates from entry level through senior level — experience matters, but attitude, integrity, and team fit matter more.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate estimates for budgets, bids, and design-build/design-assist projects
- Review plans/specs, identify gaps, and coordinate with GCs, engineers, and design partners
- Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Develop clear scope sheets, assumptions, and handoff documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
Senior-Level Responsibilities:
- Lead complex estimates and proposal strategy
- Present estimates to clients and partners
- Mentor and support junior estimators
What We’re Looking For
Entry–Mid Level
- 2+ years of electrical estimating (preferred)
- Journeyman/Master Electrician license or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and desire to grow
- Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Senior Level
- 10+ years of estimating and/or design-build experience
- Advanced technical estimating skills
- Strong client-facing and presentation abilities
- Proven leadership and mentorship experience

Pay: $115,000.00 - $143,000.00 per year
