Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers providing support, troubleshooting commercial beverage equipment issues, and dispatching service requests to our nationwide network of technicians.
The right candidate is calm under pressure, naturally helpful, and communicates clearly and confidently. You enjoy solving problems, asking thoughtful questions, and ensuring customers feel taken care of from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls, verify customer information, and accurately enter details into internal dispatch software
- Provide basic over-the-phone troubleshooting for commercial beverage equipment
- Gather detailed and accurate information regarding reported issues
- Dispatch work orders to a nationwide network of service providers
- Communicate service updates, including estimated time of arrival (ETA) and job status
- Handle customer concerns professionally, offering appropriate solutions within established timeframes
- Follow up as needed to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous customer support or client service experience preferred
- Strong phone presence with excellent active listening skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/dispatch systems
- Ability to remain patient, professional, and adaptable with a variety of customer personalities
- Clear and effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
