Part-Time Physical Therapist In an Integrative, Concierge Practice.
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Physical Therapist who wants more than a traditional clinic role. This is an opportunity for a clinician who values autonomy, exceptional one-on-one care, and the freedom to develop a community of patients while being part of an integrative, concierge-style physical therapy practice.
Our approach goes beyond treating an injury or diagnosis. We combine expert orthopedic care and hands-on treatment with principles of lifestyle medicine, looking at movement, recovery, sleep, stress, nutrition, and other factors that influence how patients feel and function.
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have a strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal background
- Are highly skilled and confident with manual therapy
- Have experience with myofascial release and other hands-on treatment techniques
- Are dry needling certified
- Believe excellent PT should be highly individualized—not dictated by volume or a rigid treatment template
- Enjoy developing long-term relationships with patients and becoming a trusted resource in the community
- Are interested in incorporating lifestyle medicine and whole-person health into physical therapy
- Are self-directed, entrepreneurial, and excited about helping grow your own patient community
What Makes This Role Different
This isn't a high-volume clinic position. We're building a model of physical therapy centered around time, expertise, relationships, and individualized care. You'll have the opportunity to practice with greater independence, spend meaningful time with patients, and help shape how you want to practice.
The role is part-time with room to grow, making it ideal for an experienced clinician who wants flexibility now but is excited about the possibility of building something larger over time.
You'll have the opportunity to develop your own referral relationships, establish a loyal patient following, and become an integral part of a growing concierge and integrative PT practice.
