The Opportunity
This is a hunter role with real territory ownership. You will identify, pursue, and close new RN staffing contracts with healthcare facilities across Massachusetts, including hospitals, community health centers, outpatient clinics, psychiatric facilities, and homeless shelters.
Legacy has established relationships with well-known Massachusetts healthcare organizations that have gone quiet. Those are yours to reactivate from day one. You are not starting from scratch.

What You Will Do
- Assess the Massachusetts territory and maintain a prioritized list of target accounts and market segments
- Identify and develop prospects and referral sources through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and in-person meetings
- Build relationships with Directors of Nursing, HR Directors, Staffing Coordinators, and Administrators
- Close new RN staffing contracts and reactivate past client relationships
- Meet weekly activity metrics including outreach volume, meetings booked, proposals sent, and follow-ups completed
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM including pipeline value, close probability, and expected close dates
- Report on pipeline and activity progress to leadership regularly
Who We Are Looking For
Required:
- 2 or more years of B2B sales or business development experience in healthcare staffing, home health, or a related healthcare services field
- Established relationships with Massachusetts healthcare facilities, nursing leadership, or healthcare administrators
- Proven experience managing a pipeline in a CRM platform or project management platform
- Comfortable with cold calling, outbound outreach, and in-person relationship building
- Self-directed, accountable, and able to manage your own territory independently
Preferred:
- Experience selling RN or clinical staffing contracts
- Familiarity with or passion for serving homeless and underserved populations
- Existing relationships with community health centers, psychiatric facilities, or mission-driven healthcare organizations in Massachusetts
Compensation
Our comp structure is built for high performers. The base provides stability during the sales ramp. The commission and bonuses are where the real earning happens.
Base Salary: $55,000 to $65,000
Commission: 20% of gross margin on all new accounts, uncapped
New Client Signing Bonus: $1,500 per signed contract
Warm Account Reactivation Bonus: $2,500 per reactivated client
Year-1 OTE: $120,000 to $160,000 or more for strong performers
