Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Graphic Designer/Production Artist to join our team. We are a VERY small company. In this role, you will be responsible for designing mostly vehicle wraps, other vehicle graphics and lettering, and some signage. If you have large format digital printing experience that is an added bonus. You MUST have prior sign shop or print shop and vehicle design experience. We use customer AI concepts as well as our own designs.
Duties
- Template and design using exclusively Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Prepare and finalize design files for print production, ensuring accurate color management, layout consistency, and adherence to prepress standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines; perform photo editing, photo manipulation, and digital art creation as needed.
- You will be expected to handle customer instructions and take notes pertaining to the current task.
- You will be required to use a tape measure, and understand basic math and fractions.
- You may need to be flexible and learn to install graphics as well as design them from time to time.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design or production art with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, print design, illustration, and layout development.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,
- Solid understanding of typography design for media, color management techniques, prepress processes, and print production workflows.
- Familiarity with content management such as social media posting, and writing blogs.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate concepts clearly and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- You must be good at communication within a business environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
