We’re especially interested in candidates who have GM dealership experience and/or have worked with DriveCentric CRM.
If you already know how to work a BDC, respond to leads, make the calls, set appointments, and keep a salesperson’s calendar full, we want to talk to you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You’ll be a key part of our sales team, working directly with customers who have already raised their hand and shown interest in a vehicle.
- Respond to inbound internet, phone, and text leads
- Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to generate appointments
- Follow up with customers and keep opportunities moving
- Set quality appointments for our sales team
- Work daily in DriveCentric CRM
- Re-engage unsold leads and previous customers
- Communicate with customers professionally without being pushy
- Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants
- Help create a great customer experience from the first interaction

- $40K–$55K average annual compensation

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who can pick up the phone and actually talk to people.
You should be:
- Comfortable making a lot of calls every day
- Confident communicating by phone, text, and email
- Organized enough to stay on top of dozens of customers
- Competitive and motivated by hitting goals
- Positive, dependable, and coachable
- Comfortable working with computers and CRM software
- Someone who follows through instead of letting leads fall through the cracks
BDC experience is a major plus, but it's not required. If you have the right attitude, work ethic, and personality, we'll train you.
Previous GM BDC experience + DriveCentric experience? Even better.
