What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to identify their exterior remodeling needs
- Conduct in-home sales consultations and provide solutions for roofing, siding, windows, doors, and other home improvement projects
- Build and maintain your own pipeline through networking, referrals, and self-generated opportunities
- Represent Anchor Remodeling with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
- Manage your sales process from initial conversation through signed agreement
- Negotiate pricing, project scope, and financing options to close sales confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local outreach campaigns that increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by providing expert advice, answering questions promptly, and guiding clients from initial contact through project completion.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of in-home sales experience
- Strong knowledge of CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Prior military service is strongly encouraged to apply
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with technical sales acumen to explain complex products clearly and confidently.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate yourself and collaborate within a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable car, truck or SUV
