Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Make Ready Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing residential units to ensure they meet quality standards before new tenants move in. Responsibilities
- Follow the make ready check list provided to identify repair needs, damages, or deficiencies prior to occupancy
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including, minor electrical work, and mechanical adjustments, blind installation, minor plumbing repairs, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical systems, or appliances.
- Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor to ensure timely completion of repairs and upgrades.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed using the provided make ready check list.
Skills
- Knowledge of general maintenance and able to work independently.
- Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting, and plumbing repairs
- Customer service orientation to ensure resident satisfaction during unit preparations

Pay: $21.42 - $23.00 per hour
