Ofshtein Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking Intake Paralegal to join our growing Personal Injury team.
Position Requirements:
Prior experience handling personal injury intake is required
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and client service skills
Ability to manage high call volume and conduct client intakes efficiently
Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
Responsibilities:
Conduct new client intakes for personal injury cases
Gather and verify case information
Communicate with potential clients and attorneys
Enter and manage information in the case management system
Follow up with prospective clients as needed

Primary office located in Brooklyn, NY 11223
