Program Coordinator (IDD Services – Group Home)

Good Life Corporation is hiring an experienced Program Coordinator to lead operations in a 4-person residential group home serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This is a hands-on leadership role focused on staff supervision, compliance, and person-centered care.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time, salaried
- Pay: From $44,000/year (based on experience)
- Location: In-person (not remote)
- Schedule:
- Monday–Friday (Flexible hours between 7a–3p, 8a–4p, 9a–5p, 10a–6p)
- One weekly evening shift (1p–9p)
- On-call weekend rotation shared with other Program Coordinators required
- No overnight on call during the week.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of a DBHDS-licensed group home
- Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Ensure compliance with DBHDS regulations and ISP implementation
- Provide direct care and support as needed
- Assist in the development and monitor Individualized Support Plans (ISPs)
- Staff scheduling to maintain adequate coverage
- Manage individual and program funds
- Oversee documentation, medication administration, and service delivery
- Participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications
- 2–5 years experience working with individuals with IDD (required)
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (preferred)
- Ability to obtain and maintain:
- CPR/First Aid
- Medication Administration
- Behavioral Intervention (UKERU or similar)
- DBHDS/waiver training
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Must pass background check
