President — Rise48 Pro Services LLC
Commercial Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Services
Pay: $250,000 – $350,000 base salary to start, with total Year 1 compensation of $500,000 – $1,000,000 including performance bonuses. Base salary increases to $450,000 – $500,000 once revenue milestones are achieved — plus equity ownership with milestone-based vesting.
Location: Based in Phoenix, Arizona (on-site) — with regular travel to Dallas and Fort Worth, TX, and Charlotte, Greensboro, and Raleigh, NC.
About the Opportunity
We are launching Rise48 Pro Services LLC — a new commercial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services company built for rapid, multi-market growth. The business is focused primarily on serving commercial buildings — office, retail, industrial, data centers, and other large commercial facilities — and on winning large commercial projects with large commercial clients. Where residential work makes sense, our focus is large multifamily communities, not single-family homes.
From day one, Rise48 Pro Services will begin operating in six high-growth Sun Belt markets — Phoenix, AZ; Dallas, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Charlotte, NC; Greensboro, NC; and Raleigh, NC — with a clear mission: to scale to over $100 million in annual revenue within five years or less, and to position the company for a sale to a private equity firm.
The company launches with a powerful built-in advantage. The Rise48 Equity portfolio — more than 11,000 residential and commercial units owned and managed across these markets — serves as the launch pad that makes the business profitable from the start. That captive base is the initial foundation of revenue; the President's mandate is to build well beyond it by aggressively growing third-party commercial MEP business — targeting large commercial buildings and large-project clients in each market.
This is an entrepreneurial, equity-owner role. The President will participate in equity ownership from day one, with the ability to earn 10% to 20% equity in the company as defined growth milestones are achieved — paid out upon a sale, based on the company's exit value. We are looking for a growth-oriented builder: ideally someone who has taken a company from ground zero, scaled it, and sold to private equity. That experience is not required, but the person we want has a proven ability to grow and scale a business, and brings existing Phoenix relationships and connections that translate directly into large commercial projects.

Role Summary
The President is the primary executive leader responsible for standing up and scaling Rise48 Pro Services LLC across all six launch markets, with a primary focus on commercial MEP work for large commercial buildings and clients. This individual will own the company's growth agenda — driving third-party business development, operational excellence, and market expansion — while building the systems, teams, and culture required to grow from launch to a $100M+, private-equity-ready enterprise. The President will partner closely with ownership and the Board to set strategy and hit the milestones that unlock both company value and personal equity.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Business Development (Primary Focus)
- Own the company's third-party revenue growth, focused primarily on large commercial clients — office, retail, industrial, data centers, and other large commercial buildings — across all initial markets: Phoenix, Dallas, Fort Worth, Charlotte, Greensboro, and Raleigh.
- Leverage existing Phoenix relationships and connections in the commercial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing space to secure large commercial projects from day one.
- Build a repeatable, multi-region business development engine that wins large commercial projects well beyond the Rise48 captive base.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for each market, then standardize the playbook to scale rapidly into new regions.
- Identify, evaluate, and launch new service lines, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities that accelerate the path to $100M+ in revenue.
Strategic Leadership & Scaling
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan with a focus on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and a five-year (or sooner) private-equity exit.
- Lead the company through aggressive scaling, ensuring systems, processes, and teams evolve to support multi-market expansion.
- Collaborate with ownership and the Board to set clear financial and operational goals and the milestones that drive equity vesting.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee all day-to-day operations across the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related professional-service divisions in every market.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, and compliance on large commercial projects.
- Optimize operational workflows, project delivery, field operations, supply chain, and customer experience.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track performance across all business units and markets.
Financial & Performance Management
- Own full P&L responsibility, delivering consistent revenue and EBITDA expansion toward a $100M+ enterprise.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and prepare the company for a private-equity transaction.
- Drive margin improvements through pricing strategy, operational efficiencies, and cost controls.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of department leaders and market managers.
- Cultivate an accountable, people-first culture emphasizing communication, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Align organizational structure and talent strategy with aggressive growth objectives.
Market Growth & Industry Relationships
- Leverage established Phoenix relationships with large commercial clients, general contractors, developers, and MEP partners to accelerate launch — and build the same relationships across the Texas and North Carolina markets.
- Represent the company within industry networks, trade associations, and peer groups in each region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes impacting commercial MEP services.
Location & Travel
- This role is based locally in Phoenix, Arizona, and reports on-site.
- Regular travel to the other initial markets (Dallas, Fort Worth, Charlotte, Greensboro, and Raleigh) is required to stand up operations and drive third-party growth.
QualificationsRequired
- Based in Phoenix, Arizona, with strong existing relationships in the Phoenix commercial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) space — including large commercial clients, developers, general contractors, and partners — that can translate directly into large commercial projects.
- Proven business development leader with a demonstrated track record of winning large commercial projects and growing revenue across the office, retail, industrial, data center, and broader large-commercial segments.
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience in commercial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or related commercial-services industries.
- Demonstrated success scaling a services company, including new-market expansion, team building, and rapid revenue growth.
- Entrepreneurial, ownership mindset — motivated to be an equity owner and build value through a private-equity exit.
- Deep understanding of operational best practices in commercial MEP and professional services, including large multifamily where applicable.
- Strong financial acumen managing multi-unit, multi-market P&Ls.
- Willing and able to travel regularly to Texas and North Carolina.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience building a company from the ground up, scaling it, and selling to a private equity firm — or leading a company toward or through a private-equity transaction of $100M+ (sale, recap, or acquisition).
- Experience in private-equity-backed environments or rapid-growth, multi-location commercial-services companies.
- Background leading organizations with 150+ employees or multi-location/multi-region operations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
What We Offer
- Equity ownership from day one — with the ability to earn 10% to 20% equity in the company as defined growth milestones are achieved, paid out upon a sale based on the company's exit value, giving you direct participation in the upside of a planned private-equity exit.
- Competitive executive compensation: a $250,000 – $350,000 starting base salary, with total Year 1 earnings of $500,000 – $1,000,000 including performance bonuses. Base salary grows to $450,000 – $500,000 as revenue milestones are achieved.
- A rare ground-floor opportunity to build and lead a multi-market commercial MEP company with a profitable, built-in foundation from the Rise48 portfolio of 11,000+ units.
