Our family owned & operated apartment company is seeking an experienced cleaning person to detail apartments between residents as well as daily upkeep of our common areas and grounds (our gardener handles most of the groundskeeping). This role offers an opportunity to work in beautifully preserved historic residences, ensuring they remain welcoming, spotless, and well-maintained. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and passion for cleanliness will help preserve the charm and character of these unique living spaces.
Though the focus is on cleaning, in order to make this a full-time, year-round position, it also entails delivering parcels from our office parcel locker to residents’ apartments, light-bulb and water-feature maintenance, painting &/or light maintenance assistance, and occasional office assistance/relief (maintenance and office experience not required).
Principle Job Duties:
-Pre-clean units after residents vacate.
-Detail units for new residents.
-Maintain common areas & grounds (separate gardener).
-Property checks to ensure everything is tidy, bulbs are lit, etc.
-Light bulb checks/replacements, fixture cleaning.
-Routine water-feature maintenance (filling, clearing nets).
-Delivering parcels from office to units.
-Painting &/or light maintenance assistance (prior maintenance experience a plus).
-Occasional office relief/assistance. (prior office experience a plus).
Set Schedule: 9am-5:30pm Tuesday-Saturday*
*If preferred, could have Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off instead of Monday.

*All of our buildings are within a 1-mile radius, 9 out of 10 are within 5 blocks. Driving will be limited, but need transportation to get your supplies from building to building.
-Background screening prior to employment.
-No felonies for violence or theft within last seven years*
