Unlimited Potential is a growing private practice providing mobile, in-home treatment for our patients. We are looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist that considers themselves comfortable with neuro patients. OT's with experience working with those on the autism spectrum would be a plus as well.
We believe in treating the whole patient as well using a wide variety of treatment approaches in order to provide the highest quality therapy unique to each individual patient.
Responsibilities:
Evaluating new patients in their home and progressing the patient and plan of care as well as timely communicating with other staff. As of right now, this role will be 2-5 hours/week and you can make your own schedule. This would be a great job for someone looking to supplement their income in the short time until this job can allow for more hours or someone that has other per diem positions and is flexible and looking to grow.
Documentation done on Jane app. Evaluation notes take 10-15 minutes, no OASIS is needed since we don't deal with insurance! Treatment notes roughly 3-5 minutes to do.
Qualifications:
Licensed OT
New grads welcome
Current CA license
BLS/AED certification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $90.00 - $110.00 per hour
