Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards
- Observe and report any unusual behavior or security breaches using CCTV surveillance systems
- Manage access control by verifying identification and authorizations for visitors, contractors, and employees
- Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations, providing initial assistance as needed
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations
- Enforce facility policies related to loss prevention, visitor management, and safety procedures
Skills
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential security threats quickly
- Knowledge of surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and alarm monitoring tools
- Ability to handle conflict calmly and effectively through conflict management technique
- Experience or background in law enforcement, military service, or security is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and visitors
- ASRB Guard License is Mandatory.
- Training and License can be provided through company.
