About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish & English) EHR Sales & Implementation Consultant to join our growing team in Puerto Rico.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with doctors and clinic teams, building strong client relationships, and guiding healthcare practices through the complete journey - from initial engagement and product demonstrations to successful software implementation and onboarding.
You will be responsible for both sales and customer onboarding, with strong support from our technical and product teams to ensure smooth implementation and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by reaching out to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers
- Conduct product demonstrations and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Understand customer requirements and propose the right EHR and Practice Management solutions
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation after sales closure, with strong support from our technical and product teams throughout the process
- Train doctors and clinic staff on using the software effectively
- Provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with healthcare providers
- Attend medical conferences, healthcare events, and networking activities to generate leads and promote the product
- Travel within Puerto Rico for client meetings, demos, and implementations
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
